Return & Refund Policy

At Handy Print, most of our products are custom-made and printed according to the customer's specifications and submitted artwork. Therefore, returns and refunds are subject to the terms below.

1. Custom-Printed Products

Due to the customised nature of our products, custom-printed items cannot be returned or exchanged simply because the customer has changed their mind, ordered the wrong quantity, selected the wrong size/material, or provided incorrect artwork.

Once production has started, cancellations may not be accepted.

2. Printing Errors & Defective Products

If the product received has a confirmed production defect or printing error caused by Handy Print, the customer may contact us for an assessment.

Examples may include:

• Wrong product or specifications produced by Handy Print

• Significant printing defects

• Missing pages or incorrect finishing caused by production error

• Quantity shortage caused by production error

If the issue is confirmed to be a production error, Handy Print may, at our discretion, offer:

• A reprint or replacement of the affected items; or

• A partial or full refund, depending on the nature and extent of the issue.

3. Issues Caused by Customer Artwork

Handy Print is not responsible for errors contained in customer-supplied artwork.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Spelling or grammatical errors

• Incorrect information

• Incorrect images or logos

• Low-resolution images

• Incorrect colours

• Missing fonts or design elements

• Incorrect dimensions or bleed

• Artwork submitted in an unsuitable format

• Design elements placed too close to the cutting line

If the customer has approved a proof or test print before production, the approved version will be treated as the final reference for production.

4. Colour Differences

Slight colour variations are a normal part of the printing process.

Differences between the customer's screen, digital proof, previous print runs, and the final printed product may occur due to differences in monitor settings, paper/material, ink or toner, printing equipment, and production conditions.

Such colour variations do not automatically qualify for a refund or reprint.

For colour-critical projects, customers are encouraged to request a physical proof before proceeding with full production, where available.

5. Delivery Damage

Handy Print is not responsible for damage caused by the courier after the parcel has been handed over for delivery.

If the parcel arrives visibly damaged, customers should take clear photographs of the packaging and damaged items and contact us as soon as possible.

We will assist the customer in making a claim with the courier where applicable.

6. Return Conditions

A return will only be accepted if it has been approved by Handy Print in advance.

Customers should not send products back without contacting us first.

Returned items must be in the condition received, where applicable, and may be subject to inspection before any refund or replacement is approved.

7. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, the refund amount will be determined based on the nature of the issue and the affected portion of the order.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible.

Any payment processing fees, delivery charges, or other third-party charges may be non-refundable where applicable.

8. Reporting an Issue

Any issue with an order must be reported to Handy Print within 3 days of receiving the order.

Please provide:

• Order number

• Clear photographs or videos of the issue

• Photographs of the packaging, where relevant

• A brief description of the problem

We may request additional information or samples to properly assess the issue.

9. Final Assessment

All claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Handy Print reserves the right to determine whether an issue is caused by a production error, customer-supplied artwork, normal printing variation, finishing tolerance, or courier handling.

By placing an order with Handy Print, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Return & Refund Policy.
